Privacy policy
We care about your data. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We are GDPR-compliant.
What we collect
Your name, email, phone number, country and experience level when you submit the registration or contact form; your broker account identifier (not credentials); and anonymized performance logs. We also record the IP address and browser type of each form submission, to protect against abuse and automated spam.
Retention
The IP address and browser type are deleted automatically 90 days after submission — they exist only for abuse protection and are not needed beyond that. The contact details you submitted are kept for as long as there is an operational need for them; you can request full deletion at any time via privacy@razamwual.com.
How we use it
To improve the algorithm, handle support, and send performance alerts. We do not sell your data to third parties.
